For a nominal one-time advance payment, we will represent and handle all matters for you at no additional charge, should you be contacted in the future by the IRS about your 2003 Income Tax return. All you do is send the notices to us, sign a power of attorney (if necessary), and we do the rest. Of course, you're still liable for any taxes, penalties and interest; but you will receive our best efforts in minimizing those costs.

We have an excellent track record in dealing with the IRS, and in many cases, our clients actually get sizable refunds as a result of our representation efforts.
The ARS is designed to be a low-cost service -- far less than what it would cost if you had to pay us, or any other CPA, our regular hourly rates. Your cost is based on the size and number of schedules included with your return; the more complicated, the higher the ARS fee. For an average return, the cost should range between $75.00 and $150.00. Returns not prepared by Persky & Assoc. are subject to a surcharge.
